This Privacy Policy governs our privacy practices with respect to: 1) users of our Site (“Visitors”) who visit without transacting business and 2) Visitors who register to transact business on our Site and make use of the various services offered by koH Resources Inc. Personally Identifiable Information does not include information that is collected anonymously (i.e., without identification of the individual Visitor), or demographic information not connected to an identified Visitor.

In addition to our direct collection of Information, our third party service vendors (such as affiliates and banks) who may provide such services as credit, insurance, and escrow services, may collect this Information from us. We do not control how these third parties use such Information.

3. How does koH Resources Inc use Personally Identifiable Information? We use Personally Identifiable Information to conduct appropriate Services and to fulfill purchase and refinance requests. We may also e-mail Visitors and Authorized Customers about: 1) information related to the subject matter of our Site, or 2) research or purchase and sale opportunities on our Site. Further, we may use Personally Identifiable Information to contact Visitors or Clients in response to specific inquiries, or to provide requested information.

• When we hire Vendors to perform Services on our behalf, such as helping us run our Site; execute and optimize marketing/advertising campaigns; and manage and enhance Visitor and Client data.

Please Note: koH Resources Inc. has entered into a number of agreements with partners and vendors. We take reasonable measures to ensure that all partners and vendors agree to protect the confidentiality, integrity and security of any Personally Identifiable Information we share with them (if at all); however, this Policy does not cover their collection or use of said information.

5. Is Personally Identifiable Information Stored? Personally Identifiable Information collected by koH Resources Inc is securely stored, and is not accessible to third parties or employees of koH Resources Inc except for use as indicated above.

6. What Choices are Available to Visitors Regarding Collection, Use and Distribution of Information? Visitors and Clients may opt out of receiving information or from being contacted by us and/or our vendors, partner companies, and affiliated agencies by responding to e-mails as instructed or by contacting us at 718-471-0691.

7. Are Cookies used on our Site? Cookies are currently not used and therefore much of the above Personally Identifiable Information listed is non-applicable online.

8. How does koH Resources use Login Information? We currently do not use login.

9. How does koH Resources Inc keep Personally Identifiable Information Secure? The Personally Identifiable Information of our Visitors and Authorized Customers is only accessible to a limited number of qualified employees. Sensitive information (such as, credit card numbers and Social Security Numbers) is physically secured. By using our Site (even though transactions may be off-site), Visitors and Clients are subject to this Policy and impliedly and expressly agree that koH Resources Inc. and its subsidiaries and agents, shall not be held liable for any such occurrences arising from the criminal acts and/or tortious fault or negligent conduct of others (including, but not limited to, acts taken by employees or authorized agents of koH Resources Inc that are outside the scope of employment or duty).
