Step 2: Issuance of Letter of Intent

Step 3: Receive signed LOI & Good Faith Deposit

Step 4: Order Third Party Reports

Step 5: Fulfill Stips

Step 6: Receive & review Appraisal

Step 7: Review & Complete Underwriting

Step 8: Confirm Closing Date

Step 9: Prepare Loan Documents.

Step 10: Closing.
